Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee operations of 3 outlets: Rohini Sector 16, Rohini Sector 2 & Vikaspuri.
- Monitor daily operations, sales, staff performance and customer service.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all outlets and the Sector 25 office.
- Drive sales, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage manpower, attendance, discipline and staff performance.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
- Ensure company SOPs, hygiene and quality standards are followed.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant/hotel/food & beverage operations.
- Solid leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple outlets and solve operational issues.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
