About the Role
InterviewCall helps working professionals target highly relevant technology opportunities.
Once our placement team approves a candidate-job match, someone needs to make sure the application is completed accurately, quickly and without mistakes.
That is the purpose of this role.
What You Will Do
- Apply to approved jobs on behalf of enrolled candidates with their authorization.
- Use the correct candidate resume for each application.
- Enter candidate information accurately.
- Maintain detailed application trackers.
- Record:
- company
- role
- job ID
- application URL
- date applied
- resume version
- status
- Check for duplicate applications.
- Verify application details before submitting.
- Escalate questions whenever candidate information is missing.
- Coordinate with placement team when applications require special information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality around candidate information.

you must stop and ask. Accuracy is more important than application volume.
