Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sale Executive to deliver an exceptional jewellery buying experience, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage customers and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
- Develop strong knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery, 4Cs, materials, and certifications.
- Present products confidently and communicate their features, craftsmanship, and value.
- Build customer relationships and conduct effective follow-ups.
- Assist with orders, inventory, visual merchandising, and day-to-day showroom operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well Spoken English
- Strong customer-service and sales orientation.
- Previous jewellery or luxury retail experience preferred but not necessary (training will be provided)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
