Role : Java Technical Project Manager - Immediate Joiner

Location : Mumbai

Exp : 6 to 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Project Manager with strong technical expertise in Java technologies and proven experience in project delivery, team management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, drive project execution, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications built on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Java-based application development projects.
- Lead and mentor development teams working on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project roadmaps.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and release management.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.




- Ensure adherence to development best practices, security, and performance guidelines.
- Provide regular project status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Support production deployments and resolve critical project escalations.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
- Experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Team handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and application architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
