Hiring: Java J2EE / Microservices – Migration & Backend Development

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Initial Contract Duration: Minimum 6 Months, with prospect for permanent employment based on performance/client requirements

Positions:

- Tech Lead: 8–15 Years
- Senior Developer: 6–8 Years
- Developer: 4–6 Years

Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 / 17 / 21
- Strong hands-on experience in Java version migration/upgrades – Mandatory
- Experience with Java 8 → 17 / 21 migration is highly preferred
- J2EE, Spring 6, Spring Boot
- Microservices & REST APIs
- JPA/Hibernate, SQL
- Maven/Gradle, Git
- JUnit/Mockito
- Docker & CI/CD – Positive to have
- AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code – Good to have

Requirements
- Strong backend development experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates should be available to join by next week
- Interview: 2 Rounds
