Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Java Fullstack Trainer based in New Delhi. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on core Java, advanced Java, and fullstack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners on projects, and providing individual guidance to help them understand concepts and build practical skills.

The role involves assessing learner performance through assignments, tests, and project evaluations,



and updating training content to reflect current industry practices and emerging technologies. The trainer will collaborate with the academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with employer expectations and support learners in becoming job-ready.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in core Java programming and object-oriented concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Java frameworks and back-end development (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Candidates should possess skills in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a up-to-date JS framework such as React or Angular).
- Candidates should possess skills in databases and APIs (e.g., SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful web services, integration and troubleshooting).
- Candidates should possess skills in software development practices (e.g., version control with Git, build tools, debugging, and basic testing concepts).
- Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor in Java or fullstack development is highly beneficial.
