Role & responsibilities:

- 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with significant experience in technical leadership.
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and delivery of enterprise applications.
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with React is mandatory.
- Candidate should have used React in multiple projects, not merely have theoretical or basic exposure.
- Candidate must currently be managing a team of Java developers.
- Strong experience in technical leadership, code reviews, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following domains is mandatory:
- Financial Services / Banking / BFSI

- Healthcare / Life Sciences
- Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
- Robust understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
