We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, including Java backend development, React frontend, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance applications while following Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Data JPA
- Develop responsive, reusable, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Integrate applications with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and cloud services on Microsoft Azure
- Work with MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and performance tuning
- Implement and maintain microservices architecture and API gateway integration
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives




- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful APIs
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development
- Positive knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience working with Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Good understanding of MS SQL Server and relational database concepts
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, MuleSoft, and API integration is an added advantage
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking domain
- Strong preference for candidates with ReactJS experience over other front-end frameworks
- Exposure to cloud-native application development and containerized deployments
