Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused IVF Specialist / Fertility Specialist to join our reputed fertility clinic in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in infertility evaluation and management, IVF/ICSI treatment protocols, fertility counselling, and assisted reproductive technologies.

The role involves independently managing fertility patients, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating with the embryology and clinical teams, and ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis of infertility cases.

Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient history, investigations, age, ovarian reserve, and clinical condition.

Manage and supervise IUI, IVF, ICSI and other assisted reproductive treatment cycles.

Monitor ovarian stimulation and treatment response through ultrasound and relevant investigations.

Perform relevant fertility procedures as per clinical protocols and expertise.

Counsel patients and couples regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, timelines, and costs.





Review and interpret relevant hormonal, ultrasound and other fertility investigations.

Coordinate closely with embryologists, nursing staff, counsellors and IVF coordinators.

Ensure proper documentation of patient history, treatment plans and clinical outcomes.

Handle complex infertility cases and identify when additional specialist intervention is required.

Maintain adherence to clinical, ethical, regulatory and infection-control standards.

Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives and outcome monitoring.

Contribute to the clinic's reputation through excellent patient care and qualified conduct.

Desired Candidate Profile MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification/specialization in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and/or Reproductive Medicine/IVF.

3+ years of relevant IVF/fertility experience.

Demonstrated experience in managing IVF/ICSI and infertility cases.

Strong clinical decision-making and patient-management skills.

Excellent communication and counselling ability.

Compassionate, ethical and patient-centric approach.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary fertility team.
