TI Machine Operator – Job Role

Position: ITI Machine Operator

Department: Production

Reports to: Production Supervisor / Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate assigned production machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Load and unload materials correctly.
- Monitor machine operation and maintain required production speed and quality.
- Check finished products for print/production quality and defects.
- Make basic machine adjustments during production.
- Follow job cards, production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain proper machine cleanliness and basic daily maintenance.
- Identify machine problems and immediately report breakdowns to the supervisor/maintenance team.
- Maintain production records and report quantities produced, wastage and downtime.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of consumables.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
