We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in server room administration, structured cabling, active network equipment, and day-to-day IT support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience handling enterprise network protocols, server hardware, and AV/IT meeting space equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Network &
- Server Management:

- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 network switches, routers, and enterprise firewalls.

- Monitor network stability, manage IP address assignments, VLAN configurations, and dedicated Internet Leased Lines (ILL).

- Maintain server room environments, patch panels, server racks, and online UPS backup systems.

- Ensure structured cabling standards and tidy patch cord management across server racks and workstations.

- Systems &

- Meeting Room Infrastructure:

- Support smart meeting rooms, interactive displays (e.g., MAXHUB, Zoom Rooms, Teams CVI), and peripheral AV devices.

- Oversee end-user hardware deployments, including workstations, monitor setups, and PDU power distribution.

- Assist with access control platforms and server room environmental monitoring systems.

- Troubleshooting &

- Operational Support:





- Provide Tier-1/Tier-2 technical support to end-users during business hours, resolving desktop, network, and connectivity issues.

- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and ISP providers for hardware replacement, RMA, and link downtime escalations.

- Maintain technical documentation, node calculation sheets, and asset inventory records.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and server maintenance.

- Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and basic firewall policies.

- Hardware: Familiarity with rack mounting, patch panels, switches, PDUs, and UPS systems.

- Audio-Visual / Collaboration: Basic experience configuring conference room hardware and video conferencing systems is an advantage.

- Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent OEM certifications.

- Soft Skills: Robust communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to coordinate directly with clients and vendors.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
