What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to closure.
- Handle multiple technical hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT profiles

- Understand and work on client and market requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals

. Develop effective sourcing strategies across relevant recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain robust relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment




- Pure IT Recruitment experience is mandatoryStrong experience in hiring IT amp; technical profilesGood understanding of technical requirements and candidate screeningExperience in sourcing, interview coordination, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures

Ability to commute/relocate
