We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Handle multiple IT recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Work closely with hiring teams to understand technical requirements.
- Ensure timely closures and maintain quality of hires.

Requirements





- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening IT candidates.
- Good understanding of IT/technical job roles and requirements.
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
