Syncarp is hiring IT Recruiter with 1–3 years (Chennai) of experience in technology hiring , preferably with experience working in an IT recruitment consultancy /staffing consultancy . The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions.

The candidate should have hands-on experience working with job portals, social media recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination . Experience in a consultancy environment is mandatory , with the ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a quick-paced recruitment setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Understand technical job requirements and create sourcing strategies.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
