Roles & responsibilities:

- Responsible for Planning, Sourcing, screening applicants for various IT requirements.
- Working with lead recruiters & hiring managers for different positions.
- Interviewing candidates based on & identifying the right talant.
- Building candidates pipeline for different niche requirements & maintaining relation ships over time.
- Strategically maintaining different skills set prospects for on going & upcoming needs.
- Adhere and follow quality systems, processes and policies
- You will be working on end-to-end recruitment process for multiple industry leading technical skills.

Desired Skills:

- Must be post graduated in MBA.
- Only freshers are eligible.
- Should be interested in recruitment.
