Role & responsibilities

- Source tech talent daily via Naukri and LinkedIn.

- Screen profiles for tech skills, salary, and notice periods.

- Schedule all interviews and coordinate with managers.

- Track candidates from first contact to joining date.

- Follow up during notice periods to prevent drop-outs.

Preferred candidate profile male only

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience working as an IT Recruiter (Agency or Corporate).

- Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Naukri boolean strings, filters, and LinkedIn sourcing.

- Tech Knowledge: Positive understanding of common IT terminologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.

- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
