IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, systems, network, security, and technical support operations. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable IT services, quick issue resolution, and smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud systems, and end-user support.
- Lead the IT support/operations team and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and IT availability.
- Manage IT vendors, licenses, assets, and service-level agreements.
- Implement IT policies, security controls, and disaster-recovery procedures.
- Drive IT projects, process improvements, and technology upgrades.




- Prepare IT reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Operations/Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and vendor-management skills.
- ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, or networking certifications will be an advantage.
