Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT & Networking Manager to manage the company’s internal IT infrastructure and networking requirements, while also providing technical support to customers remotely and at field deployment sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, network, systems, hardware and software.
- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi and other networking equipment.
- Manage day-to-day IT support for employees, including laptops, desktops, email, printers, software and connectivity issues.
- Provide remote technical support to customers and resolve IT/network-related queries.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Support installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of networking and IT systems at customer/field deployment sites.
- Travel to field deployment/customer locations whenever required for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and technical support.
- Maintain IT assets, network documentation, system configurations and troubleshooting records.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers and external technical partners.
- Implement basic IT security, access control, backup and cybersecurity practices.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production and operations teams for project and deployment requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of internal and customer-related IT/networking issues.




- Maintain proper records of IT infrastructure, assets, configurations and service activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and networking.
- Strong knowledge of:
- LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
- Routers & switches
- Firewalls and VPN
- Wi-Fi/network configuration
- Windows/Linux systems
- Network troubleshooting
- Basic cybersecurity and system administration
- Valuable customer-handling and communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical requirements.
- Willingness to travel to field deployment/customer sites as required.

Preferred
- Experience in defence, aerospace, industrial automation, telecom or technology-driven companies.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support and field deployments.
- Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Experience working with networked defence/industrial systems will be an added advantage.

Key Requirement The candidate should be comfortable with both in-house IT/networking responsibilities and travelling to customer/field deployment sites whenever technical support is required. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
