Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the organizations overall IT infrastructure, systems, applications and IT operations.

- Develop and implement IT strategy, policies, processes and technology roadmaps aligned with business requirements.

- Manage servers, networks, hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity and IT assets.

- Ensure ERP, HRMS, CRM and other business applications are effectively implemented, integrated and maintained.

- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, digital transformation and automation initiatives.

- Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, access controls and cybersecurity compliance.

- Manage IT vendors, AMC/service providers, contracts and IT budgets.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.

- Establish and monitor IT SOPs, security policies and access management.

- Lead and mentor the IT team, allocate responsibilities and evaluate performance.

- Provide management with MIS, IT dashboards, reports and technology recommendations.
