Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer hardware, networking equipment, peripherals, and IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and required applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers and basic network connectivity issues.
- Perform hardware upgrades, replacements and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware records.
- Provide onsite/remote technical support to employees.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC and replacements.
- Ensure proper backup and security practices for IT devices.




- Maintain helpdesk/service tickets and prepare regular IT support reports.
- Support CCTV, biometric/access-control systems and other office IT infrastructure where required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Windows OS.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience with printers, scanners and networking devices.
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple support requests and work under deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
