Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Executive – SAP Basis role based in Raipur. The IT Executive – SAP Basis will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP Basis environments, including system installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Daily activities include managing user access, ensuring system availability, performing backups and restores, and coordinating with functional and technical teams to resolve SAP-related issues. The role also involves supporting IT operations, handling technical incidents, ensuring network connectivity for SAP systems, and implementing security and compliance standards.



The IT Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and auditors to maintain stable, secure, and effective SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve SAP Basis and related IT issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration and IT Operations skills to maintain stable connectivity, manage infrastructure resources, and support day-to-day system operations.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Information Technology, including understanding of operating systems, databases, and system security relevant to SAP Basis environments.
- Candidates should ideally have hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration, including system installation, configuration, transport management, performance tuning, backup and recovery.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and within cross-functional teams are important.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows servers, database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, HANA), and IT security practices will be beneficial.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and support teams are expected.
