Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive / IT Support professional with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day IT support, systems, hardware, software, networking, and employee technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobiles, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, email, internet, and system-related issues.
- Manage basic LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and connectivity-related problems.
- Maintain IT asset records and track company laptops, mobiles, and other devices.
- Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and basic access permissions.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
- Perform regular system updates, software installation, and basic security checks.
- Maintain proper records of IT issues, repairs, purchases, and equipment.
- Support employees with technical issues related to company applications and portals.




- Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and available for business requirements.
- Assist management/HR with IT-related requirements for current joiners and employee exits.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, email, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, printers, and hardware.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple IT support requests.
- Basic knowledge of IT asset management.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Qualification Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / IT Executive / Desktop Support.
