Key Responsibilities

- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer hardware

- Install and update operating systems, software, and antivirus on school computers

- Maintain and troubleshoot the school network, including LAN cabling, switches (including PoE switches), Wi-Fi routers, and the internet connection

- Resolve internet and connectivity problems, including IP conflicts and router configuration

- Maintain the CCTV system of IP cameras and NVRs, including camera repair, replacement, and recording checks

- Set up and maintain remote viewing of CCTV through mobile apps

- Support teachers with smart board and classroom technology issues

- Keep a record of all IT equipment, repairs, and pending issues

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for parts, warranty claims, and major repairs

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
