IT & NETWORK SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: Rishikesh, UttarakhandProperties: 4 Hotels / ResortsExperience: 2–5 years preferredSalary: ₹22,000–₹32,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable IT & Network Support Executive to provide day-to-day IT support across our four properties in Rishikesh.

The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining our computers, network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric systems and other technology infrastructure. The candidate will work closely with our existing external IT support partner for complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
- Provide hardware and software support for laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners and other peripherals.
- Provide first-level support for CCTV, DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
- Maintain and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems.
- Support RF/RFID and other wireless-based devices.
- Check and maintain UPS and backup power systems for IT equipment.
- Provide basic support for hotel PMS, POS and other operational systems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance across all four properties.




- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and track repairs/replacements.
- Coordinate with internet providers, equipment vendors and our external IT support partner.
- Respond promptly to IT issues affecting hotel operations.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of practical IT support experience preferred.
- Good hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, EPBX and Windows systems.
- Experience with biometric systems, printers, UPS and IP-based devices is desirable.
- Hotel/hospitality IT experience will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable travelling between our four Rishikesh properties.
- Good communication, problem-solving and vendor-coordination skills.
- Should be responsive, reliable and comfortable working independently.

We are looking for a practical, hands-on IT professional who can independently resolve most day-to-day issues and appropriately escalate more complex problems to our existing IT support partner. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
