HealthSigns is a healthtech company building software and AI products for healthcare providers across the US, India and Colombia . We’re looking for an experienced IP Consultant to support us on a project and retainer basis.

What you’ll help us with:

- IP ownership audit and clean-up of assignment agreements across employees, contractors and partners.
- Open-source license audit and a practical compliance policy for our engineering team.
- Assessment of protectable IP across our software and AI workflows, including patent filings where appropriate.
- Trademark clearance and filings across the US, India and Colombia.
- IP ownership, licensing and data-rights clauses in partner, reseller and customer agreements.
- Advice on rights around clinical data, derived data and AI-generated outputs.





What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years in IP practice, preferably software, SaaS or AI.
- Registered Patent Agent / Patent Attorney in India and/or the US.
- Experience with US–India cross-border IP structuring.
- Multi-jurisdiction trademark experience.
- Robust software licensing / open-source understanding.
- Plain-language, commercial and decision-oriented advice.

Engagement: Project-based + retainer | Remote Kochi-based is a bonus.
