About the job This is a full time remote role for an Investment Relations Manager at TradeBacked. As an Investment Relations Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of institutional and retail investors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities.

You will be responsible for raising funds from High-net-worth investors, institutions, RIAs, Broker-dealers, accredited investors, and family offices on behalf of our private credit fund. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully raising funds with deep knowledge of the financial markets, investment landscape, and sales. This full-time position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Your role
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to raise capital from High-net-worth investors, Institutions, RIAs, Broker-dealers, accredited investors, and family offices
- Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, including conducting outreach, scheduling meetings, and making presentations
- Be able to properly market and sell investment opportunities
- Research on prospective investors, including researching their investment preferences, risk appetite, and financial capabilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Manage marketing activities to drive leads
- 2-3 years of experience in investment management, sales, fundraising, or investor relations
- CA, CPA, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
- US Financial advisor certifications are a plus
