Experience

4–6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Treasury or Capital Markets, with at least 2–3 years in a listed company environment.

Exposure to Infrastructure, Power, Energy, Data Centers or other capital-intensive industries will be preferred.

Role Summary

Lead the end-to-end Investor Relations function for a listed company, managing communication with institutional investors, analysts, stock exchanges, and supporting capital market initiatives including fundraising and strategic transactions.

The role will also support corporate finance initiatives, treasury-related capital market interactions, peer benchmarking, investor perception analysis and strategic communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Primary SPOC for investors, analysts, MFs, PE funds & rating agencies
- Manage quarterly earnings, investor presentations, earnings calls & transcripts including develop investor messaging and ensure consistency across all external communications.
- Prepare management briefing notes, analyst Q&A;, earnings scripts and Board presentation material.
- Draft and release SEBI-compliant stock exchange disclosures (LODR, Reg 30, PIT) (good to have)
- Handle roadshows, analyst meets, site visits & investor conferences
- Track shareholding pattern, institutional ownership & market sentiment
- Support QIP, debt raise, bonds, rating exercises, and M&A; communication
- Prepare MD&A;,



Annual Report investor sections & AGM communication
- Work closely with Finance, Secretarial, Strategy & Legal teams
- Conduct peer benchmarking, valuation analysis and industry research to support management decision making.
- Monitor analyst reports, institutional ownership, market sentiment and shareholder feedback.
- Coordinate with Treasury and Finance teams on capital raising initiatives, banking relationships, credit rating exercises and funding discussions.
- Build robust relationships with institutional investors, analysts, proxy advisors and market intermediaries.

Mandatory Skill Set

Strong understanding of

- Investor Relations and capital market communication
- Financial statement analysis, valuation concepts, cash flow analysis, working capital and capital allocation
- Industry research, peer benchmarking and market intelligence
- Excellent presentation development, financial storytelling and stakeholder communication
- Treasury, debt markets and banking interactions will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of SEBI LODR and Insider Trading Regulations
- Bloomberg / Capital IQ / FactSet or equivalent financial databases (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Qualification

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
- Strong accounting background required
- Experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Treasury within a listed company or a capital market-facing role.
- Investment Banking / Treasury Management / Equity Research / Corporate Finance (Preferred)
