Role & responsibilities
Lead the overall Investor Relations strategy and function.
- Act as the key interface with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, and financial stakeholders.
- Drive investor meetings, analyst calls, earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences.
- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly/annual results communication, earnings releases, and annual reports.
- Work closely with Finance and senior leadership to understand and communicate financial performance and key business metrics.
- Track market trends, peer performance, analyst views, and investor sentiment.
- Provide investor feedback and market insights to the Managing Director and leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, stock exchange requirements, and disclosure norms.
