We are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage the day-to-day inventory and store operations for orthopedic implants, surgical products, and ophthalmic lenses. The person will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, proper storage, timely stock movement, and coordination with sales, purchase, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of all orthopedic implants, surgical products, and lenses.
- Receive incoming stock and verify quantity, product details, batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, and condition.
- Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of products.
- Maintain stock records in ERP/software and physical registers, wherever required.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requirements for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
- Track batch numbers, serial numbers, expiry dates, and product movement wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for applicable products.
- Prepare and maintain records for stock transfers, issues, returns, and replacements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Operations teams for stock-related requirements.
- Ensure products are issued against proper documentation and authorization.
- Identify damaged, expired, short, or excess stock and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal checks.




- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company safety and storage procedures.
- Support periodic inventory audits and provide required reports to management.
- Handle urgent stock requirements for surgeries, hospitals, or customers as per business needs.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Basic understanding of medical/surgical products will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/MARG software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent requirements.

Qualifications Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field. Candidates with experience in medical devices, orthopedic implants, surgical products, pharmaceuticals, or ophthalmic products will be preferred.
