Day-to-Day • Execute manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and E2E testing • Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define test scenarios • Identify edge cases, quality risks, and coverage gaps • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites • Build and maintain BDD test assets using Cucumber • Perform API and backend validation testing • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Execute performance and load testing using JMeter • Leverage AI tools and autonomous agents to automate repetitive QA tasks • Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and document findings • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and UX teams • Continuously improve QA efficiency, coverage, and reliability Insight Global is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for a leading financial market intelligence organization supporting business critical lending and loan settlement platforms. This role focuses on ensuring application quality through robust manual testing fundamentals, robust automation frameworks, and modern AI driven QA practices. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytically strong, and experienced in validating complex workflows while leveraging AI tools to improve test efficiency, coverage, and overall software quality in an Agile enterprise environment.

Skills and Requirements

Required Skills &

Experience Must-Haves • 6 years of QA / Quality Engineering experience • Strong manual testing expertise (exploratory, functional, regression, end to end) • Proven experience validating complex, business critical workflows • Test automation experience using Playwright or Selenium • BDD experience using Cucumber (feature files and step definitions)



• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java • API testing experience using Rest Assured and/or Playwright • CI/CD test integration using Jenkins or Azure DevOps (ADO) • Experience with Maven, TestNG, and Docker • Performance and load testing experience using JMeter • Strong understanding of QA processes, defect lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills Nice to Have Skills &

Experience Plusses • Experience in Loans, Lending, or Financial Services domain • Hands on experience using AI / LLM based QA tools • Autonomous agent usage for test generation, execution, or maintenance • AI assisted test case generation and defect triage • Experience improving automation stability and coverage at scale • Exposure to cloud based or distributed systems testing
