We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting software release cycles through comprehensive testing efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for improving software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support software release cycles with pre- and post-release testing, regression testing, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Design and execute manual test plans including exploratory, functional, smoke, stress, and regression testing.

• Create, maintain, and execute manual/exploratory test cases; document software defects clearly and thoroughly.

• Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts,



and procedures based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Execute and review automated test suite runs to validate software functionality.

• Occasionally contribute to team planning and analysis of software development projects.

• Optionally design and build automated tests to enhance product quality and development efficiency.

• Ability to contribute to automation efforts.

• Experience with automated testing tools.

• Experience with running build/deploy pipelines.
