Role & responsibilities

- Sourcing & Outreach: Find active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and qualified networks.

- Screening: Review incoming resumes and conduct brief introductory phone or video calls to assess basic qualifications and communication skills.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

- Data Management: Update and maintain recruitment trackers, spreadsheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Candidate Experience: Provide timely updates to applicants and answer basic questions regarding the hiring process
