We're looking for a high-energy, ambitious International Business Development Intern to work directly with our IIT Delhi founder-led team and help build our international client acquisition engine.

This isn't a typical internship where you'll spend your time making spreadsheets or watching training videos.

You'll be on the front line - finding prospects, starting conversations, booking meetings, joining sales calls and helping close international clients.

You'll get hands-on exposure to B2B sales, international business development, lead generation, cold outreach, negotiation, closing and growth strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Research and identify high-potential international prospects
- Build targeted prospect lists across the US and other international markets
- Reach business owners through LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Cold Calling
- Start conversations with decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities
- Book qualified sales meetings
- Follow up relentlessly and manage the sales pipeline
- Join discovery and sales calls with the founder/team
- Learn how to pitch our services and communicate value
- Handle objections and participate in negotiations
- Assist in closing international clients
- Track outreach, conversations, meetings and conversions
- Work directly with the founder team on new growth initiatives

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

Sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

COMPENSATION

₹10,000 / MONTH FIXED

+ PROFIT SHARING ON INTERNATIONAL CLIENT RETAINERS

Our typical international retainer is around:

$2,000 (≈₹1.85 lakh) / month

You will have the opportunity to earn additional income through profit sharing when you contribute to acquiring and closing clients.
