Razad Digital India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Consultants for an international Australia Telecom Sales Process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in Australia, understanding their requirements, promoting telecom products and services, handling objections, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers/prospects in Australia.
- Pitch and sell telecom products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Follow the defined sales pitch and process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.
- Follow up with potential customers and work toward successful conversions.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
- Adhere to company quality and process guidelines.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.




- Strong sales orientation and willingness to work with targets.
- Candidates with experience in International BPO, International Voice Process, Outbound Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in sales can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: 15,000 30,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives
- Paid training for 57 days
- Pickup facility available
- Salary credited on the 7th of every month

Shift Details Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 5:30 AM 2:30 PM

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
