Job Title: International Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused International Sales Executive to manage and support our global clients. This is not a target-based sales role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach to client interactions, and the ability to build strong relationships with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with international clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and assist in the sales process.
- Stay updated on products, services,



and market trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
- Prior experience in international sales, customer support, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
