Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international chat support.

- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer issues.

- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

- Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.

- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM/tools.

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain proper response time and adherence to service-level requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year

Experience

- International chat process: 1 year (Preferred)

Language

- English (Preferred)
