Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern / Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Connect with candidates and understand their experience, skills, notice period, and career interests.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and recruitment teams for interview and offer processes.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.




- Support the team in meeting daily and weekly hiring targets.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility
- Freshers / candidates with 02 years of experience can apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates interested in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR are preferred.
