Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects at client locations. This role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

The Interior Site

Supervisor monitors progress, manages site resources, checks workmanship, and ensures adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines. Daily tasks include supervising installation of materials and finishes, resolving on-site issues, reporting status to project managers, and conducting regular inspections to maintain timelines and budget.



The role also requires clear communication with clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliver a smooth project experience.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including ability to manage multiple interior works simultaneously.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, fittings, and basic construction practices, with attention to quality and safety.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining site documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset for handling on-site challenges and making practical decisions in consultation with the project team.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets) and familiarity with project tracking or site reporting formats.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; relevant site experience in interior projects is highly valued.
- Willingness to be present at project sites in Bengaluru as required, with flexibility to manage varying project schedules.
