Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Interior Marketing Executive to generate recent business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote the company's interior design and furniture solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, meetings, and converting prospects into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field marketing, online platforms, references, and existing client networks.
- Identify and approach potential clients for interior design and furniture projects.
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand client requirements.
- Contact leads, schedule meetings, and follow up regularly to convert enquiries into projects.
- Visit clients, project sites, architects, builders, real estate companies, and other potential business partners when required.
- Present the company's interior design, furniture, and turnkey solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations and proposals with the design and management teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project discussions until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.




- Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth client handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the interior, furniture, real estate, paint, building materials, or related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
- Knowledge of interior design, furniture, materials, and basic project processes will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
