About the Role

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and experienced Interior Executor / Site Engineer who can take responsibility for on-site execution and ensure that interior projects are completed smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day interior site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site teams.
- Monitor material quality, workmanship, measurements, and site progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with designers, clients, and project managers.




- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, and progress updates.
- Ensure safety, quality, and finishing standards at the site.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior execution/site supervision.
- Positive knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and working drawings.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Smart, well-presented, and skilled personality.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Indore as required.
