Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai combines responsibilities of Interior Designer, Project Manager, QC, and Billing Engineer. The position involves developing interior concepts, space plans, and detailed construction drawings that align with client requirements and brand standards.

Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams; monitoring project schedules; and overseeing in office execution to ensure quality, safety, and design integrity. The role requires conducting regular quality checks, verifying materials and FF&E; specifications,



and managing measurement-based billing, cost tracking, and documentation. The team member will prepare reports, maintain project records, support procurement decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and FF&E; skills, including concept development, material selection, and finishes coordination.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals, with the ability to optimize layouts for functionality and aesthetics.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, with attention to technical accuracy and site feasibility.
- Knowledge of project management, quality control processes, and billing/measurement procedures in interior contracting.
- Ability to interpret client requirements, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
- Hands-on experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and basic MS Office tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering; prior experience in turnkey interior projects is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple site activities while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
