Key Responsibilities

 Design Development & Conceptualization o Create layouts, mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed drawings.

o Align designs with EPC compliance standards, D&B; execution workflows,

and retail branding guidelines.

 Project Execution & Coordination o Collaborate with architects, engineers, PMC, and contractors.

o Supervise site execution, ensuring adherence to design intent, safety codes, and timelines.

o Manage BOQ for procurement of materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with project budgets in supervision of Project Manager.

 Client & Stakeholder Management o Conduct client consultations, present design proposals, and manage approvals.

o Handle escalations, track progress, and maintain transparent communication.





 Documentation & Reporting o Prepare BOQs, compliance reports, MOMs, and photographic records.

o Maintain project trackers, schedules, and cost-control documentation.

 Retail Branding Integration o Translate brand identity into spatial design, signage, and customer experience.

o Coordinate with vendors for branding rollouts, VM installations, and retail fit-outs as a optional requirement.
