Company Description Amaraa Spaces is a luxury modular interiors venture that blends engineering-led design with high-end customization, backed by extensive experience in natural stone and interiors. Currently in a pre-launch phase, the company focuses on bespoke modular furniture solutions that are technically robust, visually refined, and tailored to each project.
Using
German precision machinery and advanced technology, Amaraa Spaces emphasizes durability, design integrity, and material diversity across finishes such as PU, membrane, acrylic, laminates, and glass. With a fully automated plant near Hosur under development and an interactive 3D configurator, the company aims to serve hospitality, real estate, corporate, and luxury residential clients across India. Core services include modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, bars, office furniture, and complete interior modular packages with design-to-execution support.
Role Description: The Interior Architect will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and project teams to deliver modular interior solutions.
Responsibilities include developing interior architectural concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, hospitality solutions, and complete modular packages. The role involves coordinating interior fit-out details, selecting materials and finishes in line with Amaraa Spaces’ design standards, and ensuring technical feasibility and precision in execution.
The Interior
Architect will interface with clients, architects, and vendors, translate project requirements into clear design documentation, and support the entire design-to-execution lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks also include site assessments, design reviews, quality checks, and alignment with manufacturing processes for seamless factory-to-site delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetic layouts for modular interiors.
- Candidates should possess solid Architecture and Interior Architecture skills to develop technical drawings, details, and integrated design solutions.
- Candidates should possess Interior Fit-out expertise to coordinate execution, material selection, and in office installation quality.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in modular furniture, residential or commercial interiors, or hospitality projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, understanding of building codes and industry standards, and a commitment to quality and design integrity.
