We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a robust background in Azure Cloud Integration Architecture to join the Enterprise Strategy and Architecture team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions to meet the needs of a highly regulated organisation.

Responsibilities

- Design message-based integration solution using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps , APIM, Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions.

- Design and develop network solutions around Azure Services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, APIM, Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions), within multi-tenant Azure environments.

- Work with Capability CTOs, technical SMEs, and specific projects to analyse and translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Creating and developing the requisite documentation – conceptual and detailed solution architecture design documents.

- Contribute to governance processes where applicable – this will include helping the project navigate the Technology Assurance Process.

- Work closely with the Strategy &
- Architecture team, development teams, other architects and 3rd party suppliers.

- Stakeholder management to ensure the end-to-end solution is designed and developed to meet requirements and best practice standards.

Requirements

- Able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and compelling.

- Extensive Solution Architecture Experience.

- Extensive experience of building solutions using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps and Azure Functions.





- Broad understanding of APIM and Azure Data Factory

- Able to evidence significant on the job experience in Cloud Computing, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.

- All-round competence in Application, Integration, Data, Technology and Security architecture.

- Positive understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting and Integration technologies, specifically of the Azure technology stack.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.

- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle with experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- Expert knowledge of at least one technology domain, incl.

- Experience of working with Agile SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Management) methods

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance measures.
