Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to build partnerships with schools and colleges and drive institutional programs, MoUs, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit schools and colleges and connect with Principals, Chairpersons, Management, and Academic Heads.
2. Fix appointments and generate opportunities for orientation programs, workshops, training, and student activities.
3. Present and pitch our key verticals: Mentorship: Student training, workshops, orientation, and mentorship programs. o

Academic Integration: Institutional tie-ups for Foundation, K-CET, NEET & JEE competitive exam preparation.

FDP: Faculty Development Programs, faculty training, and workshops.

4. Prepare and present customized proposals to educational institutions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional decision-makers. Develop strategic pitches for MoUs and long-term institutional partnerships.

6. Coordinate negotiations, documentation, follow-ups, and MoU closure.
7. Support the institutional onboarding process and smooth operations

Maintain a robust institutional pipeline and achieve business development targets.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

Business development and sales-oriented mindset.

Confidence in interacting with senior education stakeholders.

Willingness to travel for school and college visits.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in EdTech, education sales, institutional partnerships, school/college outreach, or B2B business development will be an advantage.
