Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Noida.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle incoming leads, conduct outbound calls, and follow up with prospective learners to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs. The role involves explaining course offerings, addressing questions, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Executive will work closely with the marketing and placement teams to align sales efforts with campaign activities and learner outcomes, and will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in closing enrollments or similar educational services.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with learners and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and provide guidance throughout the decision-making process.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools, target-driven mindset, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and prior experience in edtech or training organizations.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline and the ability to work on-site in Noida on a regular schedule are required.
