Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for confident and customer-focused sales professionals to join our Career Development team.

The role involves speaking with students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, introducing suitable executive education programs, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through phone and virtual interactions.
- Understand their career goals, requirements, and learning objectives.
- Explain relevant programs, eligibility criteria, course structure, fees, and outcomes.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Build relationships with prospective learners and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Achieve individual sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Provide professional and customer-focused counseling throughout the sales journey.

Requirements
- HSC, Graduate, or Postgraduate qualification.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, counseling, or consultative sales will be preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, education, training, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling phone-based sales and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a strong sales orientation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
