Role Description The Information Technology Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The trainee will assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including basic network administration tasks, hardware and software installation, and routine system checks.

Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting common technical issues, supporting end users, and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. The role also involves monitoring network security alerts, documenting incidents, and following established procedures to ensure stable and secure operations.



The trainee will collaborate with the IT team, provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and actively participate in training and mentoring sessions to build technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Information Technology and basic Network Administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Candidates should possess awareness of Network Security principles and best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and communication skills for supporting users effectively.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (diploma or degree) is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow documented procedures, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, office productivity tools, and common business applications is advantageous.
