Role Description The Information Technology Manager is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the firm’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services. This role includes managing servers, networks, and end-user devices, ensuring system reliability, data security, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

The Information Technology

Manager will plan and implement IT projects, coordinate with external vendors, and support technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client service. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, managing backups and disaster recovery processes,



and maintaining documentation of IT assets and procedures. The role also includes guiding users on best practices, identifying opportunities for technology improvement, and collaborating with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and endpoint devices.
- Experience with information security practices, data protection, access control, and backup and recovery.
- Proficiency in systems administration and support for common enterprise applications and productivity tools.
- Capability to manage IT projects, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
- Ability to document processes, maintain asset inventories, and develop IT policies and procedures.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support and train users at different levels of technical expertise.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, or cloud certifications) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in an IT management or senior IT support role, preferably in professional services or financial/consulting environments.
