Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, working closely with the marketing and community teams to discover, vet, and onboard creators aligned with brand objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential influencers, maintaining influencer databases, coordinating outreach and communications, and assisting in campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverable tracking. The intern will help monitor performance metrics, compile reports, and gather insights to improve future collaborations.





The role also involves supporting community activities, events, and meetups, and contributing ideas for content, engagement, and creator education initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, the creator economy, and digital communities, with basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Skills in research, data organization, and maintaining structured records or spreadsheets to manage influencer and campaign information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Ability to assist in basic content planning and campaign support, including brainstorming ideas, reviewing creator content, and aligning deliverables with brand guidelines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with strong time management, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, analytics dashboards, or campaign tracking software is a plus.
- Passion for internet culture, community building, and relationship-based marketing will be considered a strong advantage.
